Our processes for sheet metal components production are diverse, allowing us a wide range of solutions.
We work on sheet metal using progressive tools, such as multi-stage processes, for mass production of components.
We are also prepared for sheet metal bending, allowing the production of larger components or small series.
According to the needs of each client, we offer different types of finishes, from zinc plating to epoxy coatings.
Stamping
The stamping lines are prepared to operate with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 5mm and a maximum width of 300mm.
Tools
Whenever necessary, we design the progressive tools necessary for each project.
Bending
We perform bending at different angles and different thicknesses. We have comprehensive solutions that allow us to create complex parts.
Materials
We work with a wide range of raw materials, the most common being iron, stainless steel and aluminium.
